Before founding RTL Networks, Inc., Mr. Lewis served in senior management positions for Cisco Systems, Qwest and Avaya, where he was responsible for developing and executing strategic plans while delivering network consulting services to Fortune 500 and national service providers. As President/CEO, Mr. Lewis has effectively leveraged his education and wealth of past experiences to grow RTL Networks, Inc. into a multimillion dollar firm recognized by organizations such as the Small Business Administration, Denver Business Journal, ColoradoBiz Magazine, and Inc Magazine.
Mr. Michael Lebofsky is a graduate of George Mason University’s Electrical and Computer Sciences Engineering program. Additionally, he has completed numerous masters level and commercial courses in computer systems architecture, security, administration and federal business development.
Mr. Lebofsky has 34 years of Federal industry experience as a VP/Director of Support Services, Program Manager, Systems Analyst and Programmer. A senior business development executive with an engineering/technical background. Expertise includes all-volume, cover-to cover Federal proposal development and/or management utilizing Shipley and GovCon best practices. Considered the personable “go-to” company resource for full-life-cycle Federal contract matters with career wins of $396M in federal government contracts.
Ms. Franklin joined the RTL Networks team in July 2017 as Senior Human Resources Manager at the Headquarters office in Denver. She has a solid background of 20 years of human resources experience. Seven years of her recent HR experience are industry specific in the federal government contracting sector. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Columbia College and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.
In her role at RTL, Laura drives all HR-related objectives, programs, and initiatives. She manages the overall human resources function including such areas as employee relations, performance management, employee benefits, Affirmative Action planning, HR policies and procedures, HR-related legal and regulatory compliance, hiring, onboarding, and special projects. Laura has lived in Colorado for 22 years and enjoys spending time with her husband and cat. In her free time, she loves watching movies and many TV shows.
Ms. Frazier’s comprehensive background includes operations, program and account management within the education, healthcare, insurance and telecommunication industries. She is accomplished in establishing policies and procedures and managing programs that focus on delivery of quality service, retaining customers and managing costs. Dawn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Tuskegee University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a semi-native of Colorado, who grew up in Aurora, where she lives with her husband and two children.
Mr. Moss joined RTL Networks as a Corporate Controller in September 2018. Leading the finance team, he is responsible for the delivery of finance services such as accounting, treasury, reporting, and budgeting, in accordance with Federal Government requirements and organizational policies and strategies. He has 25 years of experience in the Accounting industry of which over half has been in Federal Government accounting industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Phoenix. He is a Colorado native, enjoys playing lacrosse, riding mountain bikes, and is very active with classical education charter school in Colorado. Another one of his many passions include the implementation and establishment of the Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) program in select schools in Colorado.
Ms. Craven joined RTL Networks in April 2014. She brings extensive experience in business administration including bookkeeping, payroll and client management. Success for Kris comes from her attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while continually prioritizing to changing requirements, and the ability to anticipate and adapt to the needs of her co-workers. In her spare time she enjoys cheering on her son’s football team, and everything Colorado has to offer.
Ms. Chillemi is a Colorado native with more than 25 years of Government Contracting experience. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BS in Finance and brings her expertise in contract management and pricing development and analysis to the RTL Networks team. Her positive and proactive work style as well her sarcastic sense of humor adds enthusiasm to an exciting and challenging work environment. She lives in Centennial with her husband and three children.
