Before founding RTL Networks, Inc., Mr. Lewis served in senior management positions for Cisco Systems, Qwest and Avaya, where he was responsible for developing and executing strategic plans while delivering network consulting services to Fortune 500 and national service providers. As President/CEO, Mr. Lewis has effectively leveraged his education and wealth of past experiences to grow RTL Networks, Inc. into a multimillion dollar firm recognized by organizations such as the Small Business Administration, Denver Business Journal, ColoradoBiz Magazine, and Inc Magazine.
Ms. Beckner has over 25 years of experience leading business growth for companies. The majority of her career has been spent working for companies (large and small) that support federal, state, and local government entities. Barb has significant experience selling products, services, and staffing to the government, as well as supporting the proposal process. Some of her past positions include Vice President Business Development for LINK Technologies, Vice President Federal Programs & Sales Operations and Director of Capture & Federal Programs for Global Technology Resources Inc. (GTRI), Vice President Business Operations/Corporate Security Officer for Intecon, LLC, and Sr. Director Customer Care and Strategic Processes and Initiatives for Qwest Government Systems Division. Barb is also very involved in the Government and Civilian IT community including Program Committee – ACT-IAC Rocky Mountain Chapter March 2015 – Present, Colorado Technology Association (CTA) 2013 – Present, Panelist for Cisco Women of Impact Conference, March 2014, and CRN Magazine 2014 Women of the Channel.
Ms. Mattingly has worked in both public and private accounting for a variety of industries, including retail, financial, engineering, healthcare services, government, and government contracting. She spent over 10 years with KPMG specializing in international taxation which provided the opportunity to work in Switzerland. She has worked with various companies to strengthen their accounting departments through process improvement and solidifying management reporting. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Jacksonville State University Alabama, Masters of Business Administration specializing in Marketing from the University of Dayton in Ohio, and is a Certified Public Accounting licensed in Colorado and Ohio. Ms. Mattingly moved to Colorado from Switzerland with her husband and son and enjoy the outdoor life in Colorado. She is an avid road cyclist and participates in a variety of long-distance endurance events.
Ms. Craven joined RTL Networks in April 2014. She brings an extensive experience of business administration including bookkeeping, payroll and client management. Success for Kris comes from her attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while continually prioritizing to changing requirements, and the ability to anticipate and adapt to the needs of her co-workers. In her spare time she enjoys cheering on her son’s football team, and everything Colorado has to offer.
Mr. Morton moved to Colorado after graduating from Western Michigan University with a BA in Finance and Accounting. He is an Account Manager with over seventeen years of expertise assisting clients with achieving higher profitability and efficiency. His past successes were achieved through understanding the importance of attention to detail, ability to handle multiple complex situations while continually prioritizing tasks, and the ability to overcome obstacles in negotiations. Mr. Morton enjoys motorcycling, snowboarding and being in the outdoors. He also enjoys dining out with his foodie wife Leslie.
Mr. Delclos joined RTL Networks as a Business Development Manager in July of 2008. He has worked in the IT field for the past 15 years. His work has included various responsibilities such as Account Manager, Project Manager and Director of Financial Services. Along with his time at RTL Networks John has worked at GE Access and Avnet Technology Solutions. Mr. Delclos enjoys spending time with his family and friends enjoying live music, golfing, skiing, snowboarding and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Mr. Michael Lebofsky, RTL Networks, Inc. Director of Support Services, is a graduate of George Mason University’s Electrical and Computer Sciences Engineering program. Additionally, he has completed numerous masters level and commercial courses in computer systems architecture, security, administration and federal business development.
Mr. Lebofsky has 34 years of Federal industry experience as a VP/Director of Support Services, Program Manager, Systems Analyst and Programmer. A senior business development executive with an engineering/technical background. Expertise includes all-volume, cover-to cover Federal proposal development and/or management utilizing Shipley and GovCon best practices. Considered the personable “go-to” company resource for full-life-cycle Federal contract matters with career wins of $396M in federal government contracts.
Ms. Frazier’s comprehensive background includes operations, program and account management within the education, healthcare, insurance and telecommunication industries. She is accomplished in establishing policies and procedures and managing programs that focus on delivery of quality service, retaining customers and managing costs. Dawn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Tuskegee University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a semi-native of Colorado, who grew up in Aurora, where she lives with her husband and two children.
Mr. Loadman grew up in London, England and moved to Colorado in 2008 after spending 3 years living and working in the Cayman Islands. He graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA in Accounting & Finance. He has worked in various roles in finance in different countries, most recently as Accounting Manager for a biotech company in Littleton. In his spare time he likes to play lawn bowls, squash, golf, table tennis and badminton. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle when the weather is nice enough.
