Denver, Colorado, July 14, 2010- RTL Networks, Inc. has been awarded a competitive contract for 1 year and 4 option years, valued at $15,000,000, by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Inspection Service (APHIS). This Information Technology Support Management Services contract was a competitive 8(a) award for which RTL Networks, Inc. was the incumbent. RTL Networks, Inc. has been providing high quality support and services to USDA agencies, including APHIS and the Forest Service, since 2005.
RTL Networks has a history of excellent performance with the USDA/APHIS and in 2006 was awarded the USDA/APHIS: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Contractor of the Year. RTL Network’s close support of this client was a contributing factor in the growth of this contract to its current size and scope. Under this new USDA APHIS IT Support Management Services Contract, RTL Networks, Inc. personnel will provide best in class Engineering and Operational Support services for the Client’s global network infrastructure in a broad variety of areas, including: Network and VoIP, Video Teleconferencing , Network Security, Telecommunications, Systems Administration and Emergency /After Hour Support. In addition, RTL Networks, Inc. offers USDA/APHIS, and all other customers of its services, a customized Support Management Services (SMS) Portal. This portal will be used to monitor, manage and maintain customer engagement.
The USDA IT SMS contract award will support RTL Networks, Inc.’s mission to innovate and expand its value-added service offerings to additional clientele in both the federal and commercial Sectors.
