In 2005, RTL Networks, Inc. was accepted into the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development program. The nine year program provides business development assistance and eligibility for government procuirement opportunities.

The focus of the SBA 8(a) program is to provide business development support including:

• Business counseling
• Training
• Financial assistance
• Surety bonding
• Other management and technical assistance
