Quality Assurance

Team RTL offers our customers proven solutions for quality assurance through a Quality Assurance Program (QAP) based on industry best standards and practices that ensures we deliver the highest quality products and services. RTL leverages our QAP as part of our company’s commitment to quality assurance and control, regardless of whether or not it is contractually required. Our QAP documents our processdriven approach to managing quality and identifies standardized and repeatable processes and procedures used to identify and evaluate quality related issues in a timely manner as well as recommend solutions.

The mission of any Quality Assurance Program is to: Define quality goals and measures; Drive consistent, ageed-to quality measures; Identify and prioritize quality issues; Assign issues to owners for resolution, drive root cause analysis, and track results; Promote knowledge sharing of best practices relative to quality management; Drive preventive activities so quality does not become an afterthought. The primary objectives of our QAP include focusing on improving customer satisfaction, reducing risk and complications, and to control costs.

The specific processes Team RTL follows are tailored to meet the needs of each task order, and are specified as part of our execution plan for each one.
