Born in Ohio and raised in New Jersey, Richard Lewis, President and CEO of RTL Networks, Inc., is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and William and Mary’s MBA program. He also has a Masters degree in Computer Systems Security and 20 years of military and corporate leadership experience. Mr. Lewis founded RTL Networks, Inc. in 2002 and leveraged his military and corporate experience to lead his company to Inc 500 status. He has also served on a number of boards including his current position as chairman of the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce. Richard Lewis demonstrates a steadfast spirit of leadership, vision, perseverance, and independent fortitude which has proven his genuine commitment to business and the community.

Danielle Brooks, a second generation Colorado Native, is a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver having received a Bachelor’s in Communications with a Minor in Creative Writing and a certificate in Public Relations. As an active advocate of family, youth and arts organizations, she is currently working towards a Master’s in Arts Development and Program Management University of Denver, along with graduate certificates in Creative Writing and Marketing/Public Relations. Danielle also received the Community Service award and the 2011 Work Ethic Award upon graduating from the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber Connect program as an Associate in 2011.

John Delclos has worked in many facets of IT Distribution since 1999. His roles, including Director of Financial Services for General Electric and Senior Sales Executive at RTL Networks, Inc., have all been focused on providing the best possible support to the customer and building strong and lasting relationships. He is a husband and father of two who enjoys spending his time away from work sharing the benefits of growing up in Colorado with his family, including skiing, hiking and year-round golf.

Born and raised in California, Celeste Johnson moved to beautiful Colorado in 1987. She currently works as the Human Resource Manager at RTL Networks, Inc., receiving her Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification received in January 2011.
As the mother of a special needs son, Celeste is an advocate for Colorado’s special needs children and serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) who speaks for abused and neglected children. Celeste Johnson will graduate from the Leadership Aurora Program In June 2012. The program provides professionals with the opportunity to broaden their community knowledge while enhancing their leadership skills.

 David Leeret

David Leeret was hired as the RTL Networks, Inc. Controller in 2009. Prior to joining RTL Networks, Inc. Mr. Leeret worked in the telecommunications and healthcare IT industries for 20+ years in a variety of accounting and finance positions.
Mr. Leeret earned his accounting degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO and passed the Uniform CPA Exam shortly thereafter.
In his spare time, Mr. Leeret enjoys hiking and camping in the great Colorado outdoors. He is also a practitioner of Tae Kwon Do and volunteers as a Boy Scout Leader in his son’s Troop.

Ricky McRae, is a Colorado native and a graphic arts student at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design for 3-D animation. As an intern at RTL Networks, Inc. he is gaining an understanding of technology and his artwork from a business perspective. The hands-on experience of working with servers and developing interactive applications is something that Ricky is proud to add to his resume. When he graduates he would like to continue gaining experience before pursuing entrepreneurship on his own.

Phil Montoya is the Sourcer/Recruiter for RTL Networks, Inc. He has held the similar position with other Staffing companies, such as: IT Ascent and Analysts International. Phil has a very diverse background of experience in a variety of Industries. Phil enjoys being in Colorado and all it offers. Phil has lived in Colorado almost his entire life and he enjoys outdoor activities including: golf, hiking, backpacking and fishing. Phil enjoys his kids activities and helping with the coaching responsibilities of the youth baseball team.

Dean Morton is Account Manager at RTL Networks, Inc. who moved to Colorado after graduating from Western Michigan University with a BA in Finance and Accounting. He is a success driven Account Manager with over seventeen years of expertise assisting clients with achieving higher profitability and efficiency. His past successes were achieved through understanding the importance of attention to detail, ability to handle multiple complex situations while continually prioritizing tasks. He definitely feels the difference between exceptional and acceptable is in the detail. Dean is a proven leader and self-starter that is seen as a resource for clients, management and fellow employees.
Dean enjoys motorcycling, snowboarding and being in the outdoors. He also enjoys dinning out with his foodie wife.

Edward Taylor, a Senior Sales Executive at RTL Networks, Inc. attended Ohio State University receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer information Systems from The University of Phoenix. Mr. Taylor served in the United States Marine Corps as an Intelligence Officer, and received his honorable discharge after serving his country in Operation Southern Watch and various international assignments.
Before being employed by RTL Networks, Inc., Mr. Taylor held senior positions with both Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. Mr. Taylor has been and remains an active athlete and vigilant advocate of health, fitness and community and currently serves asa Metro Volunteers Board member as well as the President of Eagle Spirit Academy Parent Organization and oversees the Black Belt Scholarship program.

Irena Turnermoved to Denver from Greensboro, NC where she was a small business owner providing college interns with experience and credited hours in the entertainment industry. Upon liquidating the company in 2009, she moved to Denver, married her husband, and started working for RTL Networks, Inc. Currently, Irena is a mentor for the Colorado Youth at Risk Program, owns and operates her own company and recently graduated from the Chamber Connect Leadership Development Associates Class. Irena serves as the Executive Assistant to Richard Lewis.
